Food Truck Alley is the beating heart of the Pensacola Pickles and Wings Festival. We’re lining up the Gulf Coast’s best mobile kitchens to feed you from 10 AM til 8 PM.
Wings in every style imaginable. Pickle creations that’ll blow your mind. Fresh Gulf seafood. Tacos. BBQ. Loaded everything. Desserts that’ll ruin you for regular sweets. Come hungry. Stay all day.

Wing Specialists
Buffalo, lemon pepper, honey BBQ, jerk, garlic parm, Korean, Nashville hot, smoked, dry-rubbed – if it’s a wing style, someone’s making it.
Pickle Creations
Fried pickles, pickle chips, pickle-brined everything, and pickle dishes you’ve never seen before.
Gulf Coast Seafood
Fresh catches from our waters, prepared by people who know what they’re doing.
BBQ and Smokehouse

Vendor Setup:

Setup begins at 7:00 AM on Saturday, May 16, 2026

All booths must be ready by 9:30 AM (30 minutes before gates open)

Check in at the registration tent upon arrival for space assignments

Festival hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Breakdown begins after the festival closes at 8:00 PM

All vendors must be packed up and off-site by 10:00 PM
